Delete your NeighbourNett account
Connected resident account
Open the resident pilot page below, sign in using the method you used to create your account, then choose Delete account. Confirm DELETE to remove the account and associated resident data. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app to use this web path.
If you cannot sign in
Email faza@lobnaz.com with the subject NeighbourNett account deletion, using the email associated with your account. We will verify ownership before deleting anything. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial message.
What is removed
The resident account, sign-in sessions and identities, your posts, associated comments, and media references are removed. Media cleanup is queued and retried if storage is unavailable. Minimal unresolved safety reports may be retained for investigations or legal obligations. Vendor records and material independently shared by other people are separate; identify those in your request if relevant.
Device-local preview
If your installed build only stores data locally, clearing NeighbourNett’s app storage or removing the app clears that local profile and activity. Server deletion does not remove copies on other devices or external apps.
