NeighbourNett Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance

NeighbourNett prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking and any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a minor. This applies to text, images, generated media, videos, profiles, events and messages.

Reporting

Use the in-app report control on an account or supported content. Select Child safety for concerns about a minor. If a control is unavailable in a preview, contact faza@lobnaz.com. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Our response

The operator reviews safety reports, restricts access to violating content or accounts, and addresses confirmed CSAM in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to the appropriate authorities where required. Safety operations and moderation must be running before a public launch; a policy page alone is not sufficient.

Safety for younger residents

Use accurate birthday information. Keep passwords, phone numbers, home addresses and live whereabouts private. Do not meet unknown people alone. Ask a trusted adult for help with uncomfortable messages. Blocking and reporting are available independently of accepting an invitation.

Designated contact

The initial child-safety contact is Abdur Raheem Fazar at faza@lobnaz.com, acting for Lobnaz Global Partners - FZCO. This is the contact for child-safety practices and concerns.
