From undiscovered restaurants and local businesses to resident stories, community groups and neighbourhood events, NeighbourNett is building the front page Azizi Riviera has been missing.

Warm cookies. Creamy gelato. Brownies. Specialty coffee. And a very simple philosophy: sometimes you should stop worrying about calories and just enjoy the moment.

Tall, handsome, always carrying a backpack and usually heading towards a padel court, Aleksei has become one of those familiar Riviera faces you probably recognise before you actually know his name. Between padel, Muay Thai, luxury concierge work, coffee stops and beach escapes, NeighbourNett sat down with him to find out who the man behind the racket really is.

Four hours of padel, 43 players, a fiercely close leaderboard — and an evening organised and supported by the Riviera community itself.

With space for 800 worshippers, separate prayer floors for men and women, and 46 parking spaces, Riviera’s new mosque is taking shape opposite Building 1.

Work along Azizi Riviera’s lagoon is bringing the neighbourhood’s waterfront vision closer—and giving residents plenty to look forward to.
